Powerserve QMS system had well defined the responsibilities for the Project Manager and Engineers and supporting staff so that the required functions shall be performed most efficiently in the best interest of the project /Client. At most attention has been taken care in the appointment of Project Managers/Engineers to make sure that they have relevant experiences in all the areas of management within the constructions industry and therefore capable of autonomous decisions with the back support from the Main office providing a strategic technical support .
